Recreation Services to offer free exercise classes

Recreation Services is offering free “Try Us Out” days in which various exercise classes will be available to students through Thursday night.

Tonight’s free classes run from 7 to 9 p.m. and include Abs, Glutes & Thighs; Kickboxing; Rhythm Moves; Yoga; and Cycle Sampler Sessions.

The classes will be held in the Campus Recreation Center’s Activity Rooms 1 and 2. Specific information on times and locations of the classes, as well as regular prices for classes during the semester, can be found on the Recreation Services Web site.
