Aurora man charged with sexual abuse
By ALAN EDRINN

An Aurora man is being charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse after a minor called DeKalb Police on Friday.

Daniel Huerta, 52, of Aurora, who owns a cleaning company out of Aurora with his wife, was cleaning a residence at 11:53 a.m. in the 100 block of Devonshire Drive.

Huerta allegedly inappropriately touched a minor when they were at the house cleaning, said Lt. Gary Spangler of the DeKalb Police Department. The minor, who was alone at the house with the cleaning crew, then contacted police.

Huerta was later located, arrested and taken to DeKalb County Jail pending bond.

Spangler said Huerta does not have a criminal history of this type of crime.
