Rant: Who is Larry Luster?

I recently took up a new profession of online archaeology.

Usually, my digs find nothing but junk – a Godzilla fan page, an old blog or maybe a personal listing. But once every while you find some gold.

My latest treasure: www.larryluster.com.

Now the Web site isn’t in the greatest shape. In fact, if you go to the home page you’ll see nothing as this entrance has collapsed due to the lack of maintenance.

But try going to www.larryluster.com/stats.html.

Now that I’m in through the side door, I’ve found you can explore the site. Some of the links do not work, and the site is crudely constructed. But let’s remember that the past didn’t have the technology we did.

But who is Larry Luster? As I tried to piece his story together it finally came together.
Larry Luster, senior defensive tackle for Southern Illinois University...or maybe he’s still with Harper Junior College.

It’s a bit hard to tell with a Web site that’s in this bad of shape.
