A DeKalb man was arrested Monday in connection with allegations of criminal sexual abuse that occurred over a four-year period.

Robert S. Hursh, 56, of DeKalb is charged with four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse that allegedly started in 1998. The victim was under 17 when the alleged abuse occurred, according to a DeKalb Police Department press release.

Hursh was arrested without incident during a traffic stop in the 400 block of Grove Street and is being held on $50,000 bond at the DeKalb County Jail.
