The NIU softball team was ready to play Iowa and Western Illinois over the weekend.

However, rain and snow Friday forced all games in Iowa City to be canceled for the weekend. The Huskies (5-9) are scheduled to play against Iowa (16-6) and WIU (3-14) later during this season.

NIU plays a doubleheader against Iowa on Wednesday in Iowa City and will host WIU for a doubleheader April 9.

Question of the Day
Did you attend the NIU football game vs. Eastern Michigan University Thursday night?
