Suspect caught stealing from car
By ALAN EDRINN

A Chicago man was caught and held in a car he was attempting to burglarize Tuesday.

At 8:55 p.m. in the 800 block of Spiros Court, a witness saw a man entering his roommate’s car. The witness then called the police and held the suspect in the car until they arrived.

The suspect, Antwon McNeal, 17, of Chicago, initially gave police a fake name and told them he was looking for change in the car.

McNeal was arrested and taken to DeKalb County Jail pending bond. He is charged with burglary to an automobile and attempting to obstruct justice.
