DeKalb Police are currently looking for a suspect involved in an Aug. 16 robbery of a pizza delivery driver at 930 Greenbrier Road.

Two subjects accosted the delivery man just inside the entrance, while the third subject went through the pizza delivery vehicle. No weapons were involved. The offenders were described as three black males.

Two suspects were later spotted on a video surveillance tape from a nearby convenience store. Police observed these same two suspects in the area on Aug. 17.

Antonio Williams, 21, of DeKalb has been charged with robbery for his involvement.

The second suspect was identified as a 15-year-old Chicago subject who was residing with his brother in town. Police are still looking for the third subject.

Lt. Jim Kayes of the DeKalb Police Department said pizza delivery drivers are common targets for robbery because they carry money and food. Kayes also said there is a good success rate of solving them from phone records. Phone records have been retrieved from a search warrant with this incident, he said.

Robbery is a class 2 felony punishable by three to seven years in the penitentiary and a fine of $25,000.

Police encourage anyone with information on the third suspect in this case to call Crimestoppers at 815-895-3272 or to contact the DeKalb Police Department.
