Multiple vehicles were damaged or burglarized throughout DeKalb Sunday night.

Six vehicles were burglarized and three were trespassed into between the 100 and 200 block of Hollister Avenue. Nine car windows were also broken at various locations in DeKalb, said Lt. Gary Spangler of the DeKalb Police Department. One car was also stolen Sunday night in the 300 block of Greenwood Acres Drive, Spangler said.

All vehicle’s burglarized and trespassed into were unlocked when they were entered, Spangler said. There are no suspects at this time, and the vehicles are being processed for evidence.

“The list may grow. It takes people a while to find things missing,” he said.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the DeKalb Police Department at 815-748-8400.
