Flick Pick: 'Rain Man' (1988)
By BEN BURR

Director: Barry Levinson

Starring: Dustin Hoffman, Tom Cruise

The Plot: Yeah. Charlie Babbitt’s (Cruise) father definitely dies and leaves his fortune to a brother Charlie never knew he had, Raymond (Hoffman). Raymond’s definitely an autistic savant. Uh-oh. In a power-grab of the inheritance, Charlie definitely takes Raymond across the country to L.A. On the way, Charlie definitely learns about his brother and himself. Definitely a very sweet movie and one of Hoffman’s most extraordinary performances.
