University Police blotter: Thurs., Sept. 13

Sept. 10:


  • Domestic battery at Northern View Community at 5:31 p.m. Arrested was Kristin L. Coleman, 18 of DeKalb. Case cleared on adult arrest.

  • Possession of Cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment at Douglas Hall at 10:31 p.m. Case cleared on refusal to cooperate.




Sept. 9:

  • Theft $300 and under at Founders Memorial Library at 12:37 p.m. Case administratively closed.

  • Possession of Cannabis 30 grams and under in Lot 15e at 3:30 a.m. Arrested was Jerve J. Ishimwe, 18 of Bolingbrook. Case cleared on adult arrest.




Sept. 8:

  • Theft $300 and under at 12:37 p.m. in Founders Memorial Library. Case administratively closed.

  • Four instances of illegal possession by a minor reported at Huskie Stadium between 2:40 p.m. and 3:31 p.m. No arrests made. All cases cleared/closed.




Sept. 7:

  • Illegal consumption by a minor at 12:16 a.m. in Central Park. Arrested was Octavius D. Hayes, 18 of Waukegan. Case cleared on adult arrest.

  • Battery at Annie Glidden and Lucinda at 2:08 a.m. Investigation is pending.

  • Illegal possession by a minor at 3:15 a.m. at Lincoln Hall. Case cleared on refusal to cooperate.

  • Resist, obstruct and disarm an officer at 9:47 a.m. at 700 Lucinda Ave. bus turnaround. Arrested was Pierre R. Jones, 20, home not stated.

  • Criminal defacement at 10:09 p.m. at Grant North.
