  • Possession of Cannabis 30 grams and under at 12:40 a.m. at Central Park. Case cleared on refusal to cooperate.

  • Theft over $300 reported July 27 at 12:42 p.m. in Montgomery Hall. Case administratively closed Sept. 12.

  • Battery at Lincoln Hall reported Aug. 28 at 3:58 p.m. Case cleared Sept. 12 on refusal to cooperate.

"Case administratively closed" and "case cleared on refusal to cooperate" lowers NIU's crime rate statistics.
