Lawsuit filed against NIU

The Chicago Tribune is reporting that a lawsuit was filed on Tuesday against Northern Illinois University regarding the new proton therapy cancer treatment center the school recently received permission to build.

A private company, Procure Treatment Centers Inc., out of Bloomington, Ind. filed the suit. The company says NIU's projected building in West Chicago violates the Illinois Anti-Trust act.
