Rant: MINNESTOA? Fail.

I’ve heard of a lot of strange things happening in baseball, but never anything like this.

Last Friday, Twins shortstop Adam Everett was part of an error that he had nothing to do with. The jersey that he was wearing was a typical Twins jersey with Minnesota written across the front.

Well, it was supposed to say Minnesota.

The jersey Everett was wearing had the team’s state spelled ‘MINNESTOA’ across the front in large letters.

You have got to be kidding me. In the multi-million dollar budgets these teams have, you would think they could hire a company that could spell. Apparently not.
