University Police Blotter: Sept. 22

Sept. 14
• Theft $300 and under between 5 p.m. on Sept. 14 and 5 p.m. on Sept. 18 at Neptune West. Person reported someone had taken iPod from his room. Case is pending investigation.
• Criminal defacement between 9:35 p.m. on Sept. 14 and 3:04 a.m. on Sept. 18 at Stevenson South. Graffiti was discovered on the exterior of Stevenson South. Case is administratively closed pending new leads.

Sept. 17
• Battery between 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 17 and 5:39 p.m. on Sept. 18 at Grant South. Police responded to reports of a verbal argument outside of Grant South. Upon investigating, the officers determined a battery had occurred. However, through further investigation, the officers were unable to prove that a battery had occurred. Case is closed as unfounded and was referred to Judicial Affairs.

Sept. 18
• Theft $300 and under between 6 p.m. and 9:40 p.m. at Huskie Stadium. Person reported someone had taken his wallet from his unattended backpack. Case is pending investigation.
