Mary Bell
freshman, accountancy major

1. What are your goals for the Student Association?
My goals for the SA are to better the experience for students at NIU, help those still adjusting to college life, and providing a feeling of unity for those at NIU.

2. What qualifications do you have to represent the student body of NIU?
Although I am a freshman, I do have experience in student senates. I was president of my high school student senate. Therefore, I have experience listening to many concerns and opinions and developing a solution for the benefit of many.

3. What in particular can you offer the student body in this position?
I can offer a fresh view as an incoming student for those who may have forgotten what it is like to experience a new environment. I am also not afraid to speak up concerning problems of those around me.
