Another suspect pled guilty yesterday to the death of Luis Noriega in April 2007.
Emily Hobbs, 22, of Plainfield, pled guilty Thursday to aggravated battery at the DeKalb County Courthouse.
Ron Matekaitis, DeKalb County State’s Attorney, said her next sentencing trial will be in November.
“Her trial has been continued to Nov. 14 at 3 p.m. for the sentencing,” he said.
The charge stems from her involvement in an attack on Noriega that occurred on April 15, 2007 outside of Reilly’s Bar and Eatery, 1215 Blackhawk Road.
Two others involved in the death, Christopher Tadder and Fred J. Jakob, plead guilty to four counts of aggravated battery and have already been sentenced.
Tadder was sentenced April 17 for 88 days in DeKalb County Jail, 30 months probation and 100 hours of community service and anger management counseling.
Jakob was sentenced June 16 for 90 days in DeKalb County Jail, 30 months probation and 100 hours of community service and anger management counseling.
Nathan E. Schrank also involved, is the last to await trial at a later unannounced date.
Schrank is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, one count of involuntary manslaughter and three counts of aggravated battery.
