The Ben Gordon Center Foundation has announced that this year’s honorary chair is NIU assistant coach and former NIU wide receiver and San Francisco 49er PJ Fleck!

The third annual Charity Dodgeball Tournament will be held at Chick Evans Field House Nov. 8.
The proceeds from this charity event benefit the mental health and substance abuse programs and services of the Ben Gordon Center. Each year the demand for services in our community continues to increase, and state and local funding does not keep up with this demand for care.

Divisions include youth grades 4-12 (boys, and co-ed) adults (men, women and co-ed) and business divisions.

Teams are made up of six-10 players from each division. Tournament play will be on a double elimination format based on the number of players. The tournament will follow the National Amateur Dodge ball Association rules.

Registration Forms can be obtained at the Ben Gordon Center, YMCA, and NIU Field House or on the Web at www.bengordoncenter.org.

For more information about how to register your team for the Ben Gordon Center Foundation’s Charity Dodge Ball Tournament, call 815-756-4875 or visit our Web site at www.Bengordoncenter.org.

I didn't realize how excited we should all be that the honorary chair is going to be PJ Fleck!

Question of the Day
Did you attend the NIU football game vs. Eastern Michigan University Thursday night?
Yes. Of course.
No, I couldn't make it.
I wish.
I don't even know what a football looks like.
