The House Café, 263 E. Lincoln Highway, will be hosting its fourth annual Halloween Extravaganza tonight.

Festivities will include bobbing for apples and a costume contest. “The Halloween Extravaganza is the biggest annual event held at The House Cafe,” said Kickstand Productions owner John Ugolini.

“It is much more of a party atmosphere than a traditional concert. There will be costume contests, a ‘campfire story’ contest, a lot of dancing and a bevy of general tomfoolery.”

There will be eight local bands performing in costume as classic bands, such as Guns N’ Roses (The Felix Culpa), Weezer (Loose Lips Sink Ships), Alkaline Trio (Geronimo), The Jackson Five (Nash Taylor Cash) and more.

“This night is so epic and immediately relevant,” Ugolini said. “You WILL meet your future life partner here! You can quote me on that.”

The show starts at 7 p.m. and it’s $7 to enter.
