University Police Blotter: Nov. 24, 2008

Sept. 22
• At 8:43 a.m., a criminal sexual assault was reported at Neptune North. This case was initially closed on refusal to cooperate. However, it was re-opened on Nov. 21 due to the alleged offender had contact with the alleged victim. Case is pending.

Nov. 12
• At 5:13 a.m., a battery was reported at Lincoln Hall between a couple dating. The victim did not wish to press charges against the offender. The offender was referred to Judicial Affairs.

Nov. 21
• At 3:37 a.m., University Police investigated an odor of cannabis coming from a room in Grant North. When the registered occupant of the room opened the door, officers saw numerous open beer cans around the room. Three individuals in the room were underage. The registered occupant also had 0.5 grams of cannabis and drug paraphernalia in his possession. The occupant was referred to Judicial Affairs, while the other individuals were given verbal warnings.
• At 11:42 a.m., a victim reported someone took her flash drive from the Barsema Hall Computer Lab after she left it there accidentally on Nov. 19. The flash drive was an LG 1G. Case is closed.
