Blizzard warnings canceled for today; More snow expected tonight

Blizzard warnings originally forecast for tonight across the northern Illinois have been canceled.

Another storm system will, however, bring snow to the area from Wednesday morning through Wednesday afternoon.

Additionally, wind chills will drop to around -25 degrees Wednesday morning through Thursday morning. Wind chills during the day Thursday are forecast to remain around -20 degrees.

For the rest of Tuesday, the weather is expected to remain sunny with diminishing winds. Temperatures are forecast to hold between 5 and 10 degrees through the afternoon.
