Victim reported someone stole her checks from her room at Neptune East. Upon returning from out of town, the victim said her roommate told her some checks of hers were taken from their room by a relative. The roommate made restitution and no complaint was filed. A follow-up by the victim revealed more fraudulent use of her account. Case is pending.
