Focusing the spotlight back to his play on the court has done wonders for NIU sophomore Darion “Jake” Anderson as the guard collected his third MAC West Player of the Week honor of the season.

This is Anderson’s fourth player of the week honor of his one-plus year career as a Huskie.
The award comes after Anderson posted his fourth career double-double in a win against Akron on Sunday, scoring a game-high 24 points and 10 boards. Anderson also reached the career 700-point mark in the win.
