This February, MTV has aired the first episodes of four new reality-based shows on Sunday nights. Here is a quick guide to decide whether they are worthy of watching, having a spot on your DVR recording schedule or if they would simply be best to skip.

“How’s Your News?” (9:30 p.m.)
While a show where people with disabilities interview celebrities such as Trey Parker and Matt Stone of “South Park,” would normally be expected to be in bad taste, this show is surprisingly charming and fun to watch. It’s hard not to enjoy watching celebrities answer the hilarious questions asked by the “How’s Your News?” team. People with disabilities are finally portrayed in the positive light they deserve.

“The CollegeHumor Show” (8:30 p.m.)
A show about beer pong, viral videos and all things college has an outstanding amount of potential, but it’s more fun to play some pong for real than watch a show about it. There are a fair share of laughs in the show with immature potty jokes, such as peeing in a ball pit, but most of it has already been done in the “National Lampoon” movies.

“Nitro Circus” (9 p.m.)
Travis Pastrana leads a gang of fearless X-Gamers as they attempt to push the envelope of “Jackass”-like stunts. While the characters aren’t nearly as engaging and silly as Steve-O, Chris Pontius or Wee-Man, the stunts are much more jaw-dropping as the team from “Nitro Circus” usually gets its crazy stunts to work.

“Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory” (8 p.m.)
The best way to explain this show is probably through an equation. “Fantasy Factory” is basically equivalent to “Rob and Big” minus Bigand Mini Horse plus a giant indoor skatepark office, a bulldog and a significant addition of money to fund Dyrdek’s ridiculous ideas. If you enjoyed the senseless humor around the antics of Rob Dyrdek in his previous show, this one is definitely worth your time.
