SA Student Trustee Candidate: Matthew J. Venaas

Year: Junior

Major: Political Science

Qualifications: Former SA senator, former president of the Douglas Hall Council in the Residence Hall Association and current Speaker of the Senate

Goals: Promote the significance of SA to students and serve as a strong voice for students.

What he offers to students: “I hope to take the opinions of the students and voice them on the Board of Trustees. It is imperative that this perspective is considered greatly in any and all decisions the board makes.”
