Rice kitchen employee robbed during delivery

At about 9 p.m. Thursday, police were notified by a victim who said he or she was robbed while on the job delivering food, according to a DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office press release.

Three male suspects, one suspect displaying a handgun, robbed the delivery person of $45 and his cell phone when a false delivery was received by Rice Kitchen, 850 Pappas Drive Unit. D.

The robbery happened outside building No. 17 of the Suburban Apartments and Estates, 1400 Twombly Road, the release said.

The victim was unharmed, and police do not have any suspects at this time.

I'm feeling very frightened and insecure. There is nowhere to hide here, we are all very vulnerable.

is the rice kitchen even still in business, I wanted to eat rice kitchen today but it seems as if their phone was disconnected
