Sycamore city council approves tattoo parlors, funding and new parking limits

Sycamore city council adopted the Fiscal Year 2010 budget Monday night.

The council also approved an ordinance that will allow tattoo parlors by special use within the C-2 Central Business District and C-3 Highway Business Districts.

The council approved an ordinance allowing the city to borrow funds from the Water Pollution Control Loan Program.

An ordinance was also passed adding a two-hour parking limit on East Sycamore Street.
