Jill Justin ranks as one of the greatest sluggers in NCAA softball history. Justin owns NIU records for runs scored (148), RBIs (134), hits (250), doubles (56), triples (22), home runs (24), batting average (.466), slugging percentage (.789) and on-base percentage (.564).
She was a three-time NFCA All-American from 1987 to 1989.
