No. 14: Michael Turner

Michael “The Burner” Turner carried the Huskies to wins over Maryland and Alabama in 2003 and helped vault the Huskies into the Top 25. Turner finished 18th in Heisman Trophy voting and is second in career rushing with 4,941 yards and career touchdowns with 43.

Turner’s career yard per carry average of 5.26 is fourth among Huskie rushers and posted 21 games over 100 yards rushing in 45 career games. Turner was drafted in the fifth round of the 2004 NFL Draft and had a breakout season last year with the Atlanta Falcons, tied for second in MVP votes behind Peyton Manning.
