University Police Blotter: April 24

April 22

At 12:39 p.m., a resident of Lincoln Hall reported she has received unwanted calls since October 2008. Case is pending.

At 3:12 p.m., a victim reported someone took his or her backpack at Lincoln Hall. Case is pending.

At 7:46 p.m., a victim reported a battery that occurred near Huskie Stadium on April 21. The victim was skateboarding and looking for a lost item when someone hit him from behind and took his skateboard as he turned around. The victim observed a group of males; two became confrontational when he asked that his property be returned. The skateboard was thrown over a fence, which the victim recovered after the group left the scene. Case is pending.

At 11:25 p.m., University Police presiding over a dance at the Holmes Student Center found an intoxicated individual. The officer conducted a voluntary breath test on the individual, which he failed. The individual was referred to Judicial Affairs for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.
