City police blotter for Sept. 23

At 8:10 p.m. Monday, DeKalb Police stopped a vehicle in the 600 block of Fisk Avenue for disobeying a stop sign. Police learned the driver, Rumualda Salazar-Fernando, 35, of DeKalb did not have a valid driver’s license. Salazar-Fernando was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license and disobey of a stop sign. She was later released on bond.
