Crime Stoppers seeks information about TCF Bank robbery

Crime Stoppers is seeking information on the TCF Bank Robbery inside the DeKalb Jewel-Osco, 1320 Sycamore Road. Monday, the suspect entered the TCF Bank at 1:20 p.m. and told bank tellers that he had a handgun and was robbing the bank. The suspect was given the money and was last seen running northbound from the area.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5-feet and 9-inches tall, wearing a dark jacket, hooded sweatshirt and a ball cap. Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 815-895-3272 or crimestoppers@dekalbcounty.org. Crime Stoppers will pay a cash reward up to $1000 for information, and you can remain anonymous.
