City police blotter for Oct. 16

At 8:05 p.m. Saturday, DeKalb Police stopped a vehicle in the 800 block of Annie Glidden Road for not having headlights on. Police found the driver Mark J. McNulty, 22, of Chicago, had a suspended license. McNulty was arrested and charged with attempted obstruction of justice, driving with a suspended license and no headlights when required. Police also learned the passenger, Christopher L. Vann, 22, of Calumet City, had two failure to appear warrants in his name. Both were later transported to DeKalb County Jail.

At 10:53 a.m. Thursday, DeKalb Police stopped a vehicle in the 400 block of Russell Road. Police learned the driver, Curtis D. Rodgers, 23, of Chicago, had a suspended license. Curtis was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license. He was later given a court date and released on bond.
