OFF-CAMPUS AND NON-TRADITIONAL STUDENT SERVICES AND THE COMMITTEE FOR THE PRESERVATION OF WILDLIFE are hosting screenings of the “Planet Earth” episodes at 6:30 p.m. in the Montgomery Auditorium. Come out and see a screening of the episode “Shallow Seas” from the Planet Earth series features on the Discovery Channl. Refreshments will be provided. B.R.O.T.H.E.R.S. is hosting “Urban Renaissance Man” from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Stevenson Smart Classroom. ANNIE G’S PIE & CAKE RESTAURANT is hosting a food drive. Canned and boxed food as well as monetary donations can be dropped off at Annie G’s, 131 N. Annie Glidden Road. The drive will go through Christmas and every barrel filled with donation will prompt the restaurant to donate five turkeys to the Salvation Army. A minimum of two donated items will garner a 5 percent discount to a dine-in bill. Questions can be directed to General Manager Ron Reeves at 815-217-0227 or rreeves@anniegs.com.

SECRETARY OF STATE
Jesse White will again bring services to campus from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Holmes Student Center-Lower Level. Students, staff and local residents can renew their licenses, IDs, purchase vehicle stickets, register to be organ donors or conduct other transactions. NIU collegiate license plates will also be available for purchase. More information is available at Cyberdriveillinois.com
