City police blotter for Oct. 20

At 11:39 a.m. Sunday, DeKalb Police stopped a vehicle in the 1500 block of Annie Glidden Road when the officer recognized the driver as having a suspended license. Police arrested the driver, Remy Matuszak, 22, of DeKalb and charged him with driving with a suspended license, a defective windshield and suspended registration. He was later released on bond.

• At 9:19 p.m. Sunday, DeKalb Police stopped a vehicle in the 600 block of E. Taylor Street for having only one headlight. Police learned the driver, Jamal D. Craig, 20, of DeKalb did not have a valid driver’s license. Craig was arrested and charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was later released on bond.

• At 1:32 a.m. Monday, a victim came to the DeKalb Police Department, 200 S. Fourth St., to report harassing phone calls. Police located the suspect, Michelle L. Marshall, 39, of Sycamore and arrested and charged her with two counts of phone harassment and not wearing a seat belt. She was later given a court date and released on bond.
