City police blotter Oct. 23

At 11:49 a.m. on Wednesday, DeKalb Police were called to the 1000 block of Aspen Court about a domestic issue. Police learned the subject, Mia L. Boyd, 28, of DeKalb had a failure to appear warrant for retail theft. Boyd was arrested and charged on account of the warrant and for obstructing justice. She was later released on bond.
