Shot fired on Spiros Court

Police confirmed reports of a shot being fired late Monday night in the 900 block of Spiros Court.

DeKalb Police Sgt. Jason Leverton said police responded to the scene and learned of "a couple of groups having an altercation."

Leverton said they can't confirm whether the shot was fired at someone, but that the incident happened near Spiros on the sidewalk.

No injuries were reported.

Leverton said the DeKalb Police Department is still working on the case.
