City police blotter for Nov. 4

At 8:41 a.m. Monday, DeKalb Police stopped a vehicle in the 1000 block of S. Fourth Street for speeding. Police learned the driver, Lourdes Hernandez, 34, of Sandwich did not have a valid driver’s license. Hernandez was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license, no proof of insurance and disobeying a traffic control signal. She was later released on bond.
