Man killed by train

DeKALB | A pedestrian was killed when he was struck by a train Wednesday afternoon.

The man was struck by an eastbound train east of the Nelson Road crossing.

The death remains under investigation by the DeKalb County Coroner’s Office and the

DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, according to a Coroner’s Office press release.

No foul play is suspected, according to the release.
