The Rant: Dwight Howard's superhuman hook shot

This is the second rant in a row that I have written on Dwight Howard. True, it is my opinion that he is the most dominant player in the NBA, but I promise you I’m not being biased. The guy, if we are actually sure he’s human, just keeps adding fuel to the fire.

Anybody who actually tuned in to watch the NBA Sunday night got something incredible. It didn’t happen during the game, either.

Before the game, Dwight Howard threw up a joke of a hook shot (75 feet) as nonchalantly as can be.

It went in.

And the guy just laughed. Just brushed it off his pickup truck-sized shoulders like it was no big deal, and to him, maybe it isn’t.

My jaw dropped. I don’t even know if you can call it a hook shot. Seriously, search “Dwight Howard Amazing 75 Foot Shot Pregame” on YouTube and tell me he couldn’t do anything he wanted to.

He’s not a human; he can’t be. Maybe he really is Superman.
